This release rebuilds the family tree layout around how families are actually drawn, with former marriages as rings, cleaner descent lines and comments you can pin to a person. It also brings assets and their associated liabilities together in one register, gives ownership diagrams more control over what is shown and how it is arranged, and makes subscriptions aware of which edition a practice is on.

Highlights

• A Rebuilt Family Tree Layout: Family trees are now laid out with a purpose-built kinship engine instead of a general-purpose one. Former marriages are drawn as concentric rings with a lighter shade the further back they go, descent lines are routed per child, and rows keep a sensible order even when a branch has no children of its own.
• Comments On People: You can pin a text comment to any person on a family tree, drag it where you want it, and turn all comments on or off from the overlay settings. Comments appear the moment you start typing, their position is remembered, and they are visible read-only to people with view access.
• Highlighting Bloodlines: Hovering or focusing a person now lights up their blood relatives and the connections between them, with a yellow highlighter or a dimming option. Only genuine blood descent is highlighted, so a line through a partner is not mistaken for a line of descent.
• Assets And Their Liabilities Together: The asset register now groups assets and liabilities into their own sections, shows each asset's associated liability breakdown, promotes the balances into a summary band, and presents money in accounting style. Liabilities no longer appear where only an asset makes sense, such as the loan security picker, and a lender can no longer be picked as a guarantor on its own loan.
• More Control Over Ownership Diagrams: You can now show entities that are not connected to anything, resize individual nodes and have the size stick, choose new link routing, and use an automatic tidy-up that arranges the structure into tiers. The specified individual recorded for a family trust or interposed entity election now appears on the node itself.
• Better Exports And Legends: Exported and printed family trees now place the legend beside the diagram at a size that matches it, rather than stretching it across the page, with columns that flow to fit the width and size themselves to their labels. Legend text is rendered larger than the diagram text so it stays readable.
• Edition Aware Subscriptions: Billing now understands which edition a tenancy is on, takes you to the right billing portal, refreshes your subscription state as soon as you return from Stripe, and no longer shows a sync error on a complimentary plan. Evaluation subscriptions are labelled as such and warn you before and after they expire, and administrators can see which overrides are expiring.
• Security, Speed And Reliability: Multi-factor authentication now heals its own state so a user cannot be locked out or left without a reset option, and access checks now agree with each other when impersonating. Family tree pages load faster through batched and parallel queries, slow database queries are now visible, and long-running operations survive a slow connection instead of failing part way.
