What counts as a "group"?
A group is a collection of related entities — for example, a client family group with its companies, trusts, and individuals. Each client structure typically represents one group.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can change plans at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrading will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there really no per-seat pricing?
Correct. Every plan includes unlimited users at no extra cost. Share access with your entire team — include both your professional and administrator team.
What happens if I exceed my entity limit?
You'll receive a notification when approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase capacity, or archive unused entities to free up space.
