Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need to — changes are prorated, so you only pay for what you use.
What counts as a group?
A client group is a family or corporate group of related entities that you manage and diagram as one structure.
What happens if I go over my plan's group limit?
We'll let you know so you can upgrade. Nothing is deleted or locked in the meantime.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Paying annually works out to two months free compared to paying month to month, on every paid plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no lock-in contract on any plan.
What if I need more than 400 client groups?
