This release makes the work you do by hand on a diagram stick: resized nodes, dragged labels and hand-edited link routes now save properly and survive a re-layout, a restore or a change of dates. The in-app help assistant has been upgraded with better search, pushing changes to Xero Practice Manager reports what really happened, and FamilyGram users can now upgrade to StructureGram.

Highlights

• Hand Edits That Stay Put: Resizing a node, dragging a link label or editing a link route now saves reliably and survives auto-layout, rebuilds and page reloads. Link ends are repaired correctly when an entity is resized, and only the link that was actually affected is redrawn.
• Your Diagram Is No Longer Overwritten: Several ways a diagram could quietly lose work have been closed. An early automatic save no longer wipes hidden entities, switching to "All dates" no longer removes entities you placed, restoring brings back the whole saved state rather than part of it, and a save that is blocked can now be recovered rather than lost.
• One Reliable Saving Path: Diagram view settings are now written through a single coordinator with validated, all-or-nothing saves, so two parts of the page can no longer save different versions of the truth or apply changes out of order. A failed save now reports a failure instead of looking like nothing was there.
• A Smarter Help Assistant: The in-app assistant runs on an upgraded model with hybrid semantic search, tuned against a measured set of real questions, and it now knows about the current routing options instead of recommending retired ones. Help authors can add guidance notes that steer the assistant's answers.
• Dependable Xero Practice Manager Pushes: Pushes now retry when the rate limiter steps in, so a bulk apply gets through, and a superseded sync can no longer release another run's lock. Writes are only reported as applied when Xero Practice Manager really accepted them, an item fails if fields were silently dropped, and near-miss groups are named when a stale link has no exact match. You can also apply a reconciliation plan straight from the end of the review.
• Upgrading From FamilyGram: FamilyGram now has its own marketing and help surface, including onboarding for the Xero Practice Manager integration, and an in-app path to convert a FamilyGram subscription to StructureGram.
• Diagram Lists And Pickers: Diagram lists now count only the types actually present, and the entity picker keeps its section header visible and sorts its rows so you can find what you are after.
• Performance And Reliability: Resolving the active practice is faster, diagram editing now counts towards activity reporting, account deletion completes cleanly when reconciliation history is attached, and a database change that had been silently skipped is now applied.
