This is a large release. You can now bring entities in from a spreadsheet and have a trust deed read for you, the public site and the 2026 plans have been rebuilt, and the Xero Practice Manager reconciliation has been reworked so that nothing is applied twice or applied from a stale preview. Behind all of that, sign in got faster and every entity write was brought under a tenancy and group check.

Highlights

• Import Entities From A Spreadsheet: A CSV import now sits on the Import Hub, with downloadable CSV and Excel templates, the Excel one offering dropdowns for the columns that take set values, required columns marked, date validation, and a group to import into that defaults to the active one.
• Trust Deeds Read For You: A trust deed can now be uploaded and read, classified by trust type, and turned into the right parties. Beneficiaries and named beneficiaries are distinguished by the type of trust rather than by wording, hybrid unit trusts can carry unitholders and both kinds of beneficiary, and charitable funds are correctly treated as having none.
• Holding Trusts Behind Non-Beneficial Holdings: Where a holding is held for someone else, the application now suggests the trust behind it, prefers an established trust over a placeholder, and lets a placeholder be resolved by assigning the holding to a real trust. Suggestions are limited to trusts in your own groups, and a trust can no longer hold units in itself.
• Closing Holdings A Newer Document Has Ended: A review can now close an existing holding, including a joint holding and a non-beneficial one, where a newer document reports it as ended. Closures are bound to what was actually reviewed, stale reviews are invalidated rather than applied, and an ASIC decision about a holding trust is always a suggestion, never applied on your behalf.
• A New Website And The 2026 Plans: The public site has been rebuilt and cut over, with videos playing full screen, the Xero Certified Partner App credential shown, ASIC Direct presented properly, and plan allowances stated. The 2026 pricing tiers went in with GST inclusive figures, upgrades now offered by capacity, and a plan is never shown unless it can actually be bought.
• A Safer Xero Practice Manager Reconciliation: A rejected shareholder create no longer blocks a holding permanently, a stuck job can no longer lock a client pair, expired previews recover instead of offering actions that no longer apply, in flight edits are kept, and every run now ends in a definite state. Reciprocal relationships sync deterministically, and a trust that a client depends on gets the same trust type review as a member so its relationships can be imported.
• Faster, Safer Sign In: Access tokens are now verified locally with a fallback that cannot lock anyone out, and a session verdict is reused briefly instead of being checked twice on every request. Privileged pages still ask the authentication server each time. An administrator's multi factor reset that cannot be completed is now reported as a failure rather than quietly succeeding.
• Look Companies Up By ABN, ACN Or Name: The register lookup now finds a company by ACN or by name as well as by ABN, fills both numbers only where they provably pair, and no longer writes an unknown ACN into the ABN field.
• Measuring The Site: The new public site carries conversion tracking for calls to action and booked demos, with first-touch attribution and a published privacy policy. A booking is counted once and without personal information. Behind the scenes, activation, drop-off and churn are now reported.
• Safer File Uploads: Uploaded tenancy logos in SVG form are now sanitised on the server, the storage rules for relationship files and entity photos were brought into line, and ASIC extracts, entity photos and filed diagrams all moved onto one direct transfer path.
• Diagram And Family Tree Fixes: A diagram that had been deleted no longer sends the edit lock into a failure loop, the canvas stays in its column with the viewport still, grouping nodes can be styled rather than fixed, the joint-holding default and its shape preview were corrected, and queued saves survive failure and settlement.
• Everyday Polish: Entity and relationship lists can be sorted, long group names no longer overflow, empty states look the same everywhere, oversized attachments are rejected at selection with an honest message, family tree rows align properly when a couple is staggered, and diagram autosave and undo no longer race each other when leaving a scenario.
