Yes, StructureGram fully supports multiple share classes with detailed rights!
Creating Share Classes
- Go to the Company detail page
- Find the Share Capital section
- Click Add Share Class
- Enter the class details:
- Class Name: e.g., "Class A Ordinary", "Preference", "Growth"
- Total Shares Issued: Number of shares in this class
Specifying Share Class Rights
For each share class, you can specify:
Voting Rights
- Voting: Yes/No
- Votes per Share: e.g., 1 vote, 10 votes, or weighted
Dividend Rights
- Dividend Entitlement: Fixed rate, discretionary, or none
- Priority: First, pari passu, or subordinated
Capital Rights
- Capital Entitlement: Percentage or fixed amount
- Return of Capital Priority: On winding up
On the Diagram
When you add shareholders, you specify:
- Which share class they hold
- Number of shares
The diagram shows ownership percentages calculated per class, and you can hover to see the share class details.
Example Setup:
- Class A (Voting): 100 shares, full voting, discretionary dividends
- Class B (Non-Voting): 1000 shares, no voting, discretionary dividends
- Preference: 500 shares, no voting, 5% fixed dividend, priority capital return
