Getting Help & Support
There are several ways to get help with StructureGram, depending on what you need.
Documentation
The Help Centre (the Documentation book icon in the top bar) is the best place to start. It contains step-by-step guides and reference articles on every part of StructureGram — entities, relationships, diagrams, groups, imports, and more. Search or browse to find what you need.
In-app assistant
For quick questions while you work, use the in-app assistant — the chat bubble in the bottom corner of the app, available on every screen. It can answer questions about features and workflows, walk you through tasks, and explain what's on your current screen. If it can't help, use the Email Support button in the chat window header to send the whole conversation to our support team — they'll follow up with you by email.
Contact support
To reach a person, click the Support icon (the lifebuoy) in the top bar to send us a message, or email us directly at help@structuregram.com.au. We read every message and will get back to you.
Use support for anything that needs a human — including training: contact support to arrange training for you or your team.
