Your client's structure, exactly as ASIC has it

StructureGram pulls a company's officeholders and shareholdings straight from the ASIC register, and draws the structure for you.

How ASIC Direct works

Step 1

Search for the company

Find any company by name or ACN in the ASIC direct feed, and choose a current or historical extract.

Step 2

Review the entities and relationships

See exactly what’s coming in before it’s added. Anything you already have merges automatically, instead of doubling up.

Step 3

Build the diagram

StructureGram places every entity and relationship automatically. Combine multiple extracts in one diagram, layer in other information, and see the full structure.

See it in action

Building a diagram from an ASIC extract

Pull a company from the ASIC direct feed and watch StructureGram turn the extract into a diagram — entities, roles and shareholdings placed for you.

Get more out of every extract.

Just the extract

  • Read the officeholders and shareholdings off a multi-page PDF
  • Redraw every entity and relationship by hand
  • Jump between extracts to get the full picture

The extract, as a diagram

  • Company details, roles and shareholdings come in from the register
  • Duplicates merge, so several extracts build one diagram
  • Interpose trusts for non-beneficial ownership
  • The full picture on one page

Common questions

Do I need a separate ASIC account?

No. ASIC Direct is built into StructureGram, through a certified ASIC information broker. You work entirely in StructureGram; there’s nothing separate to set up or log into.

How accurate is the data?

It comes straight from the ASIC register. The entities and relationships you pull in match the register exactly — no retyping, no transcription errors.

Does it cost anything?

You pay per extract. A current extract is $27.50, and a current and historical extract is $38.50 — both in AUD, including GST. Add a card to your account and you can pull extracts whenever you need them.

Does it sync both ways, like XPM?

No. ASIC Direct is one-way — ASIC register data into StructureGram. Nothing is ever pushed back to the register.

What happens to entities I’ve already built?

Duplicates merge automatically. Instead of creating a second copy of a company you already have, StructureGram merges the extract into it and fills in what was missing.

Will it tell me when something changes at ASIC?

No. An extract is current as at the moment you pull it. When a structure changes on the register, pull a fresh extract to bring the diagram up to date.

Trade the multi-page extract for a diagram.
